We take our students' views about their courses and the College of North West London in general very seriously.  We ask students to take part in a survey twice a year - once near the beginning of the year, and once near the end - to find out how they feel about life at the College. We share the results of those surveys so that we can continue to improve our services and our students' experiences.

Some of the key findings from our last survey (Autumn Term 09/10) are as follows:

• 91% found CNWL helpful when they first got in touch for advice and guidance
• 92% found their induction was helpful
• 87% feel that our IT resources are good
• 92% consider our teachers to be helpful and friendly
• 92% consider the College to be a safe place to learn
• 92% feel that everyone get fair treatment in the College
