Additional support is available for students whose first language is not English and therefore may have difficulties with their studies at the College of North West London. Students will be assessed and if necessary appropriate support will be offered. We understand that all our students have different needs and therefore we provide different types of support:

• Integrated support, where a language specialist works with your subject tutor
• Workshops, which are additional support sessions to work on the language skills you need to succeed on your course

It may be that you can speak and understand English but perhaps need help with your writing. Our aim is to help you improve your language skills in whichever areas you need support: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
